My Notting Hill: Isobel Williams

Originally seen on nottinghillgate.co.uk – posted on 24 August.

Meet Isobel Williams, a Notting Hill resident and artist who sketches awesome portraits of people at will and at random (with permission of course!). She even drew me during Notting Hill’s Operation Cup of Tea and was also present at the King’s Road one. You can find her sketches on her blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

She blogs about guerrilla drawing, its discomforts and the lives of the people she draws rapidly at random on her blog, and gives the portraits to her street sitters.
